Free within shared hosted quotas; 24 KiB encoded input, 64 KiB output, five seconds and V8 heap limits. Reviewed bundled worker code is not an operating-system sandbox. Fixed configuration only; no caller plugins or resource fetching.
Only the named typed operations are available. Responses may be truncated; check returned identifiers, source links and error details before acting. Existing quotas and the operator pause switch apply. There is no owner-paid fallback.

WCAG contrast calculations, not complete accessibility certification. This does not establish named ChatGPT/Claude compatibility or Intelligence quality. Linked evidence preserves both verification runs.
Pinned root license and exact dependency notices reviewed; retained in vendor/project-kits/color-contrast-combined-notices.txt and the source-audit evidence. The npm/tag manifest version discrepancy is documented with byte-matched runtime files.
