Using the TaskVegas pilot
Terms of use
Last updated
TaskVegas is a pilot service for managing shared redirects and connecting selected tools to your AI workspace. It also provides capability discovery, workflow guidance and bounded design recommendations. These are the usage expectations for the pilot.
Use accounts and actions you are authorized to use
Connect only accounts, credentials, content, and services you own or have permission to use. Authorize only actions you are permitted to take, and follow the rules of your connected providers and AI hosts. Do not use TaskVegas to access someone else's data without permission, bypass service limits, or interfere with the service.
Keep provider credentials, recovery keys, and workspace access private. Review the permissions you grant to AI clients and revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Provider charges and limits
You are responsible for the charges, subscriptions, quotas, and usage limits associated with your connected services and AI hosts. An action requested through TaskVegas may use a paid provider API. TaskVegas's own limits do not guarantee a spending cap at another service or unlimited free use. Review your providers' pricing and spending controls before enabling tools. Disconnecting a provider does not cancel jobs already submitted or prevent charges for work already requested.
Review AI outputs and actions
AI outputs and connected-service responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review results before relying on them or sharing them, and check the target, inputs, and likely consequences of an action before authorizing it. Use particular care with actions that publish, send, spend, or change information.
Optional referrals
TaskVegas may earn a commission if you choose a disclosed provider referral link and complete a qualifying signup or purchase. The ordinary provider link remains available. Referral availability does not determine capability ranking, verification, permissions or execution, and does not require a purchase to use TaskVegas's free tools.
Provider prices, offers, eligibility and attribution rules are governed by that provider. TaskVegas does not guarantee a discount, unchanged pricing or a commission, and does not sign you up or buy a subscription automatically.
Guidance, discovery and permissions
Design guidance is advisory source material; your AI host and your own review are needed to implement and check an interface. TaskVegas does not automatically install local software, deploy arbitrary repositories, provide medical diagnosis, buy provider subscriptions or fund your provider usage.
A discovery entry or recipe does not grant access to a tool or authorize an action. Modules require supported setup; website actions use your workspace session and CSRF protection, while AI clients require explicit OAuth permissions. New tools or expanded authorization contracts require fresh consent. Respect usage limits and the current available, local-setup or gated status.
Pilot availability and changes
Features, supported providers, and usage limits may change as TaskVegas develops. Some features may be unavailable, interrupted, or removed. Keep your own copies of information you need, and check the current interface for available functionality.
