Help with the TaskVegas pilot
Support
Last updated
Start with the setup and recovery steps below. TaskVegas connects reviewed capabilities to your AI assistant; each capability shows its setup, execution mode and limits.
Support mailbox awaiting activation
The planned address is help@taskvegas.si. It is not active yet and is not a working support channel. We cannot receive support or privacy requests there at this time.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery keys or provider credentials. This page will be updated after the mailbox is activated and tested.
Connect your workspace and AI assistant
- Open your TaskVegas workspace and sign in using an available account method or your existing recovery key.
- Choose a capability and read its status, requirements, permissions and limits. Enable the module and test any required connection. For provider APIs, use your own credentials; the provider bills your account.
- In a supported AI host, connect the TaskVegas MCP endpoint
https://taskvegas.si/mcp. Complete its OAuth flow in the same browser where your workspace is open, and approve only the permissions needed for your task.
Signing into the website does not by itself authorize an AI client. Website changes use your workspace session and CSRF protection; AI clients use a separate OAuth grant. Follow the setup instructions for the host you use. A catalog listing does not confirm that every host or capability has been verified.
When a tool is missing or access has expired
- Check that you opened the intended workspace and that the capability is released, enabled and successfully tested.
- If the module or approved tools changed, reconnect TaskVegas in your AI host and review the new consent screen. Searching the catalog does not add permissions.
- If the host reports a signed-out connection, finish its OAuth sign-in. Do not paste keys or verification codes into an AI conversation.
- If you reached a usage limit, wait for capacity or the next UTC day as directed by the error. Provider limits and charges are separate from TaskVegas limits.
Keep your recovery key private and stored safely. The recovery-key option is under Sign in → Use a recovery key on the website.
Manage access and information
Use the workspace controls to disconnect providers, revoke AI access, manage saved redirects and sign out. Disconnecting a provider does not cancel jobs already submitted to it or erase information already sent to providers or AI hosts.
Complete workspace or account deletion is not currently available as a self-service action. The planned privacy-request mailbox is awaiting activation; there is currently no working request channel on this page. The draft privacy policy explains current retention and deletion limits.
