Research a question with selected sources

Search for source links with Brave, then read selected pages through separate Firecrawl calls. Your provider accounts pay for each call; this recipe never executes or expands permissions automatically. Review connections and permission requirements before executing steps.

This is a workflow description. Your assistant runs individual typed tools using permissions you already approved; viewing this page does not execute them.

  1. Find source candidates

    Clarify the question and relevant time window. Start with one focused query and five results (the typed tool allows at most ten). Treat search snippets as leads, not proof of a page's contents; provider age labels are not verified publication dates. Select up to three relevant public HTTPS source URLs for separate reading. Stop for setup if your Brave connection or billing permission is missing; do not substitute an owner-paid provider.

  2. Read each selected source separately

    Make a separate typed call for each explicitly selected URL, with a suggested maximum of three page reads. No automatic crawl or retry. Cite the returned sourceUrl for claims supported by the extracted Markdown. retrievedAt is retrieval time, not a publication date: check publication dates in the source text and mark missing or uncertain dates. Explain truncation, inaccessible content, conflicting claims and unanswered questions. Stop for setup if your Firecrawl connection or billing permission is missing.

Check the result

Verify exact source identifiers, account scope, truncated output and any missing requirements. If a connection or permission is missing, stop and complete setup. Never replace missing provider credits with TaskVegas-funded usage.
