How to plan a short HyperFrames video before rendering it
Create a bounded video brief with source assets, deterministic timing, visual checks and clear local rendering costs.
Documentation ready · integration-needed. TaskVegas serves reference text; this repository is not an executable TaskVegas integration.

Turn a short video idea into a production brief
Prepare a 20-second product explanation with a scene list, asset list and review plan. HyperFrames turns HTML, CSS, media and seekable animation into video through its own local rendering workflow. TaskVegas does not currently run that renderer.
Start with a bounded composition
A short typography-and-screenshot explainer is easier to validate than a multi-minute production with generated footage and narration. Choose aspect ratio, total duration and one intended audience. Decide which claims must remain readable long enough to understand.
Account for local tools and asset rights
Read the pinned overview and core reference, then the CLI workflow. Keep source assets local and stable so a later render uses the same inputs. Record whether audio is supplied or needs a separate service. Do not assume an upstream cloud feature is included with the free TaskVegas gateway.
Specify scenes and checks
This is an illustrative brief and output plan. No video, frame capture or local render was generated for this guide.
Illustrative prompt: Plan a 20-second, 1080×1920 explainer using three screenshots I own. Use four scenes: problem, workflow, result, next action. Keep text readable, use seek-safe timing, and list the frames and audio boundaries we must inspect before a local MP4 export.Preview before paying for any additional service
Use the reviewed core document to understand composition timing and the CLI reference to choose the local authoring loop. Build a small composition in your own environment, preview it and inspect scene boundaries. If you include audio, use the selected audio reference to reason about duration and levels. Render a short draft locally only after setup and source assets are ready.
Keep the production plan beside the composition
The output should identify which parts are planned, previewed and actually rendered. A rendered file becomes evidence only after it is inspected.
Illustrative production record: 0–4s problem; 4–10s workflow; 10–16s result; 16–20s next action. Assets: three permitted screenshots. Review: text at phone size, first/last frame, scene cuts, audio end. Render status: not performed.Inspect frames, timing and the final file
Review representative frames at the intended display size and inspect transitions for clipped text. Check duration, resolution and audio synchronization on the resulting file in your own environment. If seeking changes visual output unexpectedly, return to the deterministic timing guidance before a final render.
Narrow the failing layer
If the CLI does not start, compare your local Node.js and FFmpeg setup with the pinned requirements. If assets fail, inspect their exact paths and formats. If a long composition is slow, test one short scene rather than moving the workload to an unapproved cloud service.
Separate reference access from video execution
TaskVegas documentation access cannot install HyperFrames or render on your laptop. Upstream host listings are not TaskVegas compatibility evidence. The searchable subset includes composition, CLI and audio references; additional effects and workflow documents remain available at their official source.
